Practical & Hands-On Learning: Every unit focuses on real-world application, including creating a secure wallet, registering original designs as IP, executing DeFi transactions, and launching products on MetaShop and other e-commerce platforms.
Academy Foundation: Core Requirement
All students begin here. This unit establishes the essential blockchain literacy and digital security skills required to operate within the entire MetaWork ecosystem, regardless of the student’s chosen pathway.

MetaManufacturing Pathway
This Pathway is a complete creative and business track, designed for students who want to create tangible and digital assets, establish verifiable ownership, or build a sustainable business by selling and licensing their Intellectual Property (IP) on the MetaWork platform.

| 1 | Design & IP Creation | The Creator’s Toolbox: Students master basic design principles and free software (Canva, GIMP). They learn to create professional assets and register them as Intellectual Property (IP) on MetaWork. Outcome: Students will have a portfolio of marketable designs and the ability to register them as income-generating IP assets. |
| 2 | Sales & Client Acquisition | The Entrepreneurial Phase: Focuses on monetizing the IP created in Unit 2. Students learn marketing, direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, and professional business development. Outcome: Students will launch products on the MetaShop, develop marketing strategies, and successfully negotiate wholesale licensing deals for passive income. |
MetaFinance Pathway
This Major focuses on financial empowerment, teaching students how to move beyond merely earning income to actively managing, investing, and growing their wealth using Decentralized Finance (DeFi) tools within the MetaWork ecosystem.
