Why a separate account?

To protect your privacy and meet our research partners’ data‑security requirements, your survey profile is stored in a secure system that is separate from your main SECURE MetaWork account. This means you’ll need to create a new login for the survey portal.

Your demographic and survey information will only be used for research purposes and will not be shared with brands or other users in a way that can identify you personally.

How do I get paid?

Payment is under the ‘Rewards’ tab of your survey interface. Payment can be claimed the 26th of the following month. In other words, a survey completed on Jan. 1st can be claimed on Feb. 26th.

There are two methods of payment:

1. You can cash out via one of our partners (eg, Amazon gift card)
2. Be paid directly in USDC stablecoin on Algorand.

Why does my reward say ‘pending’?

Because answers are verified by researchers for honest and accurate feedback. For example, a survey that answered ‘A’ for every question (straight-lining), will typically not be eligible for rewards. Any payments yet to be verified will be shown as ‘Pending,’ with an expected availability date.
