The following behaviors are grounds for TerminationThe following fraudulent behaviors are acceptable reasons to terminate a consultant:Straight-liningDefinition: Respondent selects all answers on questions in a straight-line, demonstrating the respondent was not reasonably paying attention to the survey questionSupporting Data: RIDs, questionnaire and answersSpeedingDefinition: Respondent’s length of interview (LOI) was outside of the reasonable LOI for the surveySupporting Data: RIDs, respondent’s LOI, as calculated by entry and exit time, compared to other respondents’ LOIsMarketplace complete not on client sideDefinition: Marketplace registers a complete for a respondent, but there is no evidence of that respondent in the client surveySupporting Data: RIDs with associated response codes and/or complete statusNOTE: In order to remove respondents for this reason, the survey must be using one of the link security methods provided by Lucid. Please see Buy Side Security Best Practices for more informationInappropriate Open ends (Including Repetitive, Vulgar, and Nonsensical)Definition: Open end responses in the client side survey are repetitive (i.e. the same answers for all open ends, or the same answers for multiple responses), contain vulgar language, are nonsensical, not pertaining to the questions, or include random strings of letters, words, or sentencesSupporting Data: RIDs, questionnaire and answersMismatched responsesDefinition: Respondent answers differ from the Marketplace and client survey; example: Age mismatchSupporting Data: RIDs, Marketplace qualifications, and client-side questions and answersDuplicate responsesDefinition: Identical open end responses seen across multiple respondents.Supporting Data: RIDs, questionnaire and answersAnyone found engaging in any of these behaviors will forfeit pay for the reconciled surveys plus an additional 20% from the pay period.Reconciliation TimelineReconciliations can be completed until the end of the following month after the individual RID timestamp to adjust the status. It is important to note the timeline is based on the time of completion of each ID and not the completion of the project overall. For example, if a complete occurred on July 1 or July 31, the user has until August 31 to complete the reconciliation report.Payment Process and Timelines30-Day Campaigns: On average, most campaigns for clients have a running period of 30 days, which means they collect information from surveyors like yourself for 30 days. After the campaign closes, they review responses.30-Day Response Review: The task’s creators have a period of time, usually 30 days, where they can review the submitted work to ensure it contains accurate and complete data for the information they’re paying for. If they find inconsistencies in the data, a task may be rejected, with no pay issued. So, always answer honestly.30-Day Remittance: We partner with the largest companies in the industry. These companies typically have a 30-day payment process, for completed tasks. This means that MetaWork receives payment for the tasks you completed 30 days after the Campaign Client approves of your work.7-Day Accounting: MetaWork needs 15 days to prepare payment for everyone. Preparation includes:Sort the information. For example, match partners account numbers to MetaWorker names and wallet addresses.Determine who gets paid what amount.Convert fiat payment to crypto tokens (USDC/USDT).Send individual payments to each MetaWorker. Account Minimums: Some accounts have minimum withdrawal amounts. So, for example, a partner may require that there be $1,000 in revenue before payment can be withdrawn. That means we must wait until all MetaWorkers combined complete $1,000 worth of tasks. Which is why we need you all to be consistent! The more consistent you are, the quicker we meet minimum thresholds. So, as an example, if you complete a task on Aug. 1st. Payment process is as follows:Task completed Aug. 1st.Campaign runs for 30 days, meaning it closes Aug. 31st. (30 days)Campaign owner has 30 days to check the work, by Sept. 30th. (60 days)Our survey Partner takes 30 days to send MetaWork payment, by Oct. 31st. (90 days)MetaWork takes 7 days processing time, by Nov 15th. (105 days)Also keep in mind that the timeframes may be impacted by 1-3 days due to bank holidays. This DOES NOT mean that you’ll be receiving compensated every 97 days. After the initial waiting period (~97 days), you’ll begin receiving compensation regularly every 30 days. That compensation continues until you are given all compensation you are owed, even if you must leave MetaWork. So, if you need to take a break from doing surveys for 30 days, then you will still receive compensation, every 30 days, for the months you worked and have yet to be compensated. For example, if you complete tasks for the months of Aug, Sept and Oct, then:Compensation for Aug → Nov.Compensation for Sept. → Dec.Compensation Oct. → Jan.Let’s say you have to leave the Digital Consulting Team in Nov. You would still be given compensation, according to the same schedule, for work done during those 3 months. So, you’re being compensated for an individual task up to 97 days later, but after the initial period, compensation will be available roughly every 30 days.
